The General Assembly of the Swiss Chapter of ASIS International took place in Lausanne on 30 October in the presence of 15 members and special guest Hans-Roland Ludwig, ASIS International Vice President for Region 28.
After presentation of past year’s activities and financial report, came the time to elect the members of the Board. The assembly unanimously elected Ruben Jimenez and approved the extension for two years of the mandates of Rolf Sigg and Pierre Kupferschmid. Then, the current Chairman of the Board, Arnaud Ducrot, announced that he will leave the Board at the end of 2014 for professional reasons. Arnaud was thanked by the assembly and received a farewell gift from Rolf Sigg in recognition of his dedication to the association.

In addition, the assembly elected two new auditors, Luca Tenzi and Christoph Teuber (deputy and former auditor). Already elected, Werner Schaad will become lead auditor.

It was also decided to maintain the Chapter’s membership fees at the current level of CHF 60.00.
