Welcome,

The Young Professionals Group is an exciting new initiative within ASIS International. This special forum was created in 2010 to establish a comfortable environment both for ASIS members new to security and for future leaders to engage in ASIS programs and activities.

 

The group's core mission is to develop and educate young careerists in the security industry. Membership While a young professional is typically defined as a member who is less than 40 years of age or who has spent fewer than five years in the security profession, we encourage participation from anyone passionate about this initiative, regardless of age or experience.

Membership in the ASIS Young Professionals (YP) group on LinkedIn grew from 629 at the end of September to more than 650 at the end of October.

The YP Twitter increased 126 at the end of September to about 140 at the end of October.
